I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and counsellor registered with the UKCP and adhere to their Code of Ethics. I am also a member of the Society for Existential Analysis.

I trained and qualified at Regent's University, School of Psychotherapy and Psychology London.

I hold an MA with distinction in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling and an Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy (ADEP).

Whilst training, I gained invaluable experience working with clients in two services: A community service in North West London where I saw clients with a vast and varied range of concerns.

I also worked in a domestic violence service.

Both services handled psychiatric, NHS and self-referrals.

I see clients privately in Central London, the City and North London.

Areas I work in include: anxiety, depression, loss, isolation, relationship difficulties, feelings of stuckness, low self-esteem, trauma, abuse and domestic violence.
