We seek therapy or counselling for so many different reasons. Perhaps we are struggling with a crisis, loss or a change in life circumstances. Sometimes the reasons are less tangible; an inner turmoil, a search for meaning and purpose, a sense that all is not well in our place in the world. The reasons are always unique to each of us. However, the need for support is universal.

I aim to provide a safe and comfortable space where you can share your thoughts and what pains you.

Without judgement, I will be respectful of your outlook and your individual life, not aiming to guide you but rather facilitating your capacity to guide yourself.

I understand therapy to be a special type of conversation. One that allows you to hear yourself and the many thoughts and feelings you may hold silently within. As such, it can be daunting and the pace needs to reflect that. However, within a trusting therapeutic relationship, it can also be deeply cathartic and profoundly empowering.

Together we can look at how you understand your situation, where you find yourself and how that may be at odds with your hopes and desires.

Working collaboratively and through dialogue, we will strive to shine a light on your ways of being in order that you can gain clarity and direction to manage and move forward in your life.
